Q: How do I place my order?
A: Through our website (www.myprettyplay.com) or directly from our sales team at 012-379 2007 for bulk orders.

Q: How long does it take to process an order?
A: Our team will prepare & fulfil the orders within 3 working days. 
 
Q: Can I add or remove products from my order?
A: Unfortunately, once an order has been successfully paid, we cannot edit or make substitutions.
 
Q: Do you do international shipments/deliveries?
A: Yes, we do.

Q: What are the payment methods available?
A: At the moment we only accept payment through FPX payment gateway using your Savings / Current account or even Credit Card (available for selected merchants only).

Q: Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?
A: Once an order has been successfully paid, we cannot make any edits or substitutions. 

Q: What is the product’s transaction currency?
A: All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR)

Q: How long does the delivery usually take?
